These day in our developed world. The technology is slowly going into everybody's life. At this point, many people using these technology to make easy for their crime and effect other people's safety. In the way, to make people feel more secure by making appointment.
The importance of making appointment, one thing we know who exactly making appoinment, This we can track on clients profile. This can prevent the stranger and those criminal too easy to get to us ^^.
And another thing, it's more time manageable to both side party..clients and studio. How we say it's more manageable. as we spare time to each client, so we have enough time to consult of specific each clients hair problem. and client dont have to come to wait for the queue during peak hour.
However, trying to make the system. It's not easy. Many people fail to keep the appointment on time. some even cant make it. Sometime it's urgently Cancel.
During peak period, some people trying to make appointment weeks in advance, some is months in advance. As to make it fair to other clients, we have waiting list system, and to some clients who always missed their appointment, we put them into second priority. Sorry to say this, but this is neccessary to make it fair to everybody.
To our concern, appointment is still neccessary to our present world, just to say safety is our main concern. Other is just benefit that we get besides......^^

This is good experience to meet Sebastian Professional's team in each country, including Sale, Marketing and Management team. In each country they have different style, and diffferent knowledge level, but one thing is good that we have taught the same basic knowledge by the same crews. here is the second post of a day, inside NuYou Dec'09 we have official makeover page, Stilla was a young lady with fine smooth natural black hair. As a new mom we remain with her original oriental color base and adding 1 warm base-low light which is Maghogany Brown, and adding another 1 ash brown color-high light.

We find out that Stilla head shape match to slightly short fringe Haircut, and avoiding boring hair style, we cut her fringe assymetric curve fringe. and we rearrange her style to blend in the whole head as finalize.

Daisy make over!! day and night out style

Daisy turn to do make over, Daisy hair type is quite dry from doing color a few time but Daisy got fine hair and the hair is quite short. Today we use the product; Sebastian Trilliant.

Apply the product on dry clean hair;

At the bottom layer..use small tong to make all curl up for the 1st layer

at 2nd layer we curl in and out simultenouslyHere is the happy face while doing hair by her boss...lolhere we come the 3rd layer..also do " in and out" curl.At the top of the head...curl it to make it more volumeAfter we make the curl ,then seperate it to small piecesAt the front part , we use the heat of the tong to make it more bouncy and shiny in the front..After we prepare the hair , now we start doing the styling part..by tiding the back side, roll it all in and pin it. But only the bottom of the hair because we want to show some curl on the top and the sidetouch up a bit on the side..just to reduce the curve of the facehere the finishing , Then spray with Sebastian Re-shaper to make it last longing for the rest of the day

It's so honor that our boss, Kenza can be part of inside article in Marie Claire in June 2009 edition. I am so proud of Kenza. Thank for all the support that have been supporting Kenza all year long, but i am sure with his long experiences and his own beauty style. People can see him. That lead Kenza to this..U know how difficult to be in this magazine. For somebody, the celeb would say not a big problem. but for the stylist it's quite difficult. In fact it's more difficult for him because he is already Art director of one on-line magazine. In the world business, when one artist belong to one magazine. the other magazine dont dare to touch the artist. therefore, stylist dont jump from one magazine to other magazine. However, this is not the first magazine that he is in though. but since i start this blog, i will try to find some more information about him in previous magazine.....writer Boleh!!

last 2 month ...during April-May. We launch the promotion. "Bring friend(new customer) then u get 30% discount on member's haircut..." , the last 2 months the response going quite well, many clients have asked about this promotion...and some have come to use this promotion. But some clients complainted that...this promotion is not apply on Children hair cut (because children haircut is super low price already ah) and ..it's too short time for the promotion. this is give me(kenzastudio) headache because we have to think how to launch new promotion , to satisfy with Client demand, to balance with stylists , to make strike to the Market, to make margin as well... We have been calculating...Balances, thinking on each party' idea, to make it fair, to make it more interesting, and to make it work ( this is really important). NO matter how much effort we spend, how much margin we sacrify for, how many ideas have been gathering..this we must make it work.

Daisy is now the head of project of this promotion. She plays the main role in promotion. She told me this morning, She will give her D*mn best try and put all her effort in this project. The most touching one is that she said she will make it work because "we are family, kenzastudio family".. Why shouldnt this promotion going to work?? the big bigggg discount to chase new customer. Anyway, this promotion is up to 70% on senior/junior haircut. but believe me this is just a start, more excitement promotion will come more soon....and u will see

after a while, i havent been writing for more than a month. I am the original writer here, people wondering why i suddenly dissapear for a period of time. it's because the accident happened to my father, there is a big change in my family after my father passed away. People always say "if u never got broken heart, u will never know the love". That's true though and it can apply to ur beloved one..in my case is my father. After my dad passed away, the most suffer is those who left behind. i am talking about my mom, who been together for more than 30 years in both struggle life and happy. For us( writer's bro and sist), we lost our beloved father...but for my mom, she lost her the other half of her soul. As i am a son, i am also suffer from that when i see my mom crying everyday. It's not easy to see ur love one suffer from losing her soul. but eventhough everyone must stand....only up on the time ..and only the time can cure..i hope my mom can once stand and a lot of smile on her face again soon....God bless everyone...

Our Bossy n Nikki also on leave this few days....salon is quite boring without them because is less people working and not much noise...this weekend is quite busy because not enough workers.. Hahahahah.. Lately a lots of customers walk in and some are booking, everyones was very busy with theirs customers. We all feel happy because helping hand here and there in rush. Yeah!!!!! :)
Nikki will back to work tommorow. Bossy and Ex we all miss u lah!!! Hmmm feel weird yesterday because of the stupid grey colour gate.. Hey its me again,, GUESS WHAT? Actually i did have a Nick names they always like to call me 'BANANA FACE" or "Chestnut" hahaha... Take it as a jokes... The 1st step when i started to work at KENZA STUDIO i did feel warm and friendly n we started a BIG HAPPY family, always got free time we did hangout together n chit-chatting gossip together. I did learn something from NIKKI,DAISY,CLOE,SEAN n of course my BOSSES aswell!! Thank you Kenza tht giving me a chance joinning into this BIG FAMILY!! come to an End of this trip..Unfortunately, this is the last day of this trip...just like the sky..it seems so dull and cloudy. Such a great 2 weeks experience...it's been very very very good time for me, but also I need to make living...then i have to leave (from now only lah). I definitely be right back. Today might be the last post for this month but i hope lovely galz and guy will keep me update while i am away. I want to know how is everyone la...but for the best. Dont type chinese ..ok?

It starts when the galz and boi addict to MSN and facebook!! haha...They try to update their own profile, only the bossy He know how to turn on and off computer.:P . . isit, boss?! the bossy is busy la...In fact, he got his new own toy"Iphone". He downloads and deletes programs everytime when he free, Oh including taking picture..haha But today everything must be freezed because ..We got something more important!! Val(valerine) take over computer today, Because Val got her duty to send new promotion to our client. that's why noone dare to touch computer accept " me", because i need to write blog mah...Today is quite busy day also, that's why i got time to sit in front of computer(everyone busy but not me). 4 galz and 2 guys with 1 computer, now + me..then become 7 people with one computer.

From the 1st day i write this blog, i've been observing how does Kenzastudio work? why they have so many routine customers. Almost all of them have to make appointment before they come. Even sometime i feel like this studio really stubborn, some walk-in client enter and they couldnt give them service because Manpower is already fully utilized. From this point of view, I see this benefit for clients. Because they can spend time on each client without rushing. They take time to discuss with each person how the style of each person like..then they can make outfit suitable for each one. Time to time they have give back promotion for members eg,. b'day treatment, x'mas discount, etc. My other favorite thing is that they even have the guarantee for 1 week period. The shampoo and styling product they use it's also same brand as they sell. what i try to say is" the quality" of the product that they touch customer hair is not fake.

when they arrived , afternoon rains drop like a pouring water. it's really cooling contrast to the bright sunlight outside. but only a while, clients start to come due to their appointment one by one. Today Sean ( the most handsome guy here, not kenza la haha) is on leave, he is away on his (Qing MIng). The writer dont know how to translate "qing ming" in English but it's a family thing. Sean is not here, also make us more quiet. From their concern, they said Sean is their "toy". These girlz are so cruel..right!!?!?!? they all beat up sean but i think Sean enjoy and love it. Somehow got beaten up by these cute girlz, i consider to be lucky la. Take it easy,Sean!!

Anyway, they said they missed their toy.

Sean is a guy who want to be hair stylist. Sean is able to do hair styling especially good in massaging ur head. From my experience, Sean is very good in helping hand in everything. He even went to cutting school also, has been attending in some courses But the only thing Sean is scared of, is his English. That's why he seems to be a quiet one. He never show his emotion, slowly he become girlz victim. "OH yes", " That's right" is the only English word, he is confident to say. Dont blame me Sean. Daisy told me this!!haha..

Saturday again, now every one is back on track. Saturday is one of the super busy day in a week. but so nice to see everyone here, and another victim(Daisy) :D, the writer force Daisy to write something in this blog to express her feeling after her sick leave..just like Val yesterday. I try to influence them by telling that writing a blog is not difficult at all. Everybody might be curious where "Kenzastudio" come from? but from the routine clients fellow, they all know that the director of this salon named Kenza. He is a warm friendly boss for his staffs, a super good friend hair stylist for his clients. I am sure everyone can proof that..even me ..haha!! He is a young smart guy and consider to be a success guy for his age. How come he can be a "director"? he name it himself? now we get to know him more and see what he got? haha...u dead!! i( the writer) will dig it out for everyone to hear..

start from his childhood..

he start his school in a Chinese school when he was a little boy after that he moved to one international school but a little boy' mother can see his bright future(as a bad boy) that he would not carry on his study by sending him to Malay school.( haha, he deserve it)..... dont ask about his school name Ah..the reader can ask him urself la. All of these school changes happened only until his secondary school...the reader can feel now how bad he was, and of course...from then he stop studying from his education system. He choose to go on his professional choice.

He went to study his 1st time hair cutting at "Red Salon" in Singapore

After he gains experiences in Singapore and Malaysia for many years in cutting skill then he went to study in Australia for Advance cutting specialist in "hair texture". This is why his salon style and DIY (do it urself)style are easy to style by own client hands...HUh...getting to know him a little bit now..right

Kenza is a Malaysian Sebastian Design Artist(SDA). What is Sebastian?? Answer is, Sebastian is a famous American brand hair products. so what SDA doing? they have training, updating hair trend and field study in certain country once every few month eg, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia.

How to become SDA?? Sebastian choosing an artist who is qualified and experienced on stage show with the presentable look and of course their own special talent...so far this may be enough to proof that he deserve to be "Director" in my heart ,the cutest director ever!! for his background if you want to know more, u can find him at "Kenzastudio" ..how he look like? here are some private picture i can find..

After the long working day, they stand for hours in front of drier and those heat steamy equipment. some feel tired and sleepy, but when they are together they just having the best night out ever.....imagine who is the best singer??? haha..., let me tell u..3 Mic is not enough.. :D

Everyone put the smile on the face, ready to meet their routine and new customer. Without telling from their cute boss, they know their duty so well. everyone give their hands with smile. but Unfortunately, today Valerine( the prettiest girl) is not feeling well, so she didnt come to join with us...God bless Val!!! With the warm-friendly enviroment, I( the writer) can feel it everyday when i come here..even i am not one of the member here, but i like to come and see them. What have in our daily life, people would think that ..this is just "a job" . I admit that this is a job to somebody to earn money but for these people is more than a job because the crews here got the same interests , same drives and same feeling. They all love beauty. we believe that beauty can made with one hand. We also believe that "sometime" Beauty can come from within ,and sometime people can look attractive without touch up. That's true but it's only one point of view. We make sure our everyday full of happiness, fun and comfort. People around us "Smile" is one thing to proof that everyday everyone is happy.
